Pricing Policy
All prices are quoted inclusive of V.A.T.
In the event of price changes from our suppliers, we may find it necessary to adjust our prices accordingly. Unless specified to the contrary prices are listed by the Seller without obligation and are subject to alteration. The Seller may give notice to the Buyer prior to delivery of any increase in price provided the Buyer may cancel this contract within 3 days of any such notice by the Seller.
Making a Purchase
Via the Web
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our shop, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on “Checkout” and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
Payments can be transacted in the following currencies : GBP, EUR, USD , AUD, CAD, CHF, JPY, MXN, NZD, ZAR. Currencies are linked directly to real time currency rates from www.xe.com.
We accept most Credit and Debit Cards through our secure servers and Paypal. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.
You have the right to cancel within 7 working days; you will be refunded the full cost of the goods as soon as we receive them back in original packaging and unused, We’re sorry, we do not refund postal charges.
Over the Phone
You can browse our catalogue of items over the internet at any time, and if you prefer, you can order over the phone. Our order lines are open Mon – Sat.. 10am till 5pm. You can pay by most High Street Credit and Debit cards. We have many years of experience so please don’t hesitate to ask us any questions.

Shipping And Handling
Please note that the shipping and handling costs will be calculated and added to the order value once you proceed to checkout.
All UK orders are sent by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery Mail.
The cost of post and packaging is £3.95 for all UK orders between £0.01p and £39.99 inclusive. Orders over the value of £40, postage and packaging is FREE.
Guaranteed next day delivery orders must be placed before 3pm Monday to Friday, Orders taken on Friday will be guaranteed for delivery on Monday. Not available on Bank Holidays as all orders are delivered by Royal Mail.

Delivery Schedule
We will normally process your order within 3 working days, however please allow 7-14 days for delivery. All goods are sent 1st class royal mail recorded delivery.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with an expected delivery date and the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
As stock levels are not listed on our website, should your order be urgent or a more specific delivery date required then please contact the shop on 01656 786474 and we will be able to advise.
Tax Charges
All quoted prices include VAT where applicable.
Credit Card Security
All credit card numbers are fully encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site or server.
We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the internet.
We do not store your credit card details on computer once the order has been dispatched.
Guarantee
The Studio Dance Shop would like to guarantee your satisfaction. You may cancel your order within 7 days of your receipt of the goods, and we will refund to your card within 30 days of cancellation.
We aim to respond to all complaints within 5 working days, we will also endeavour to keep you informed throughout the process. Your statutory rights are not affected

We do not send out any unsolicited marketing material to existing or potential customers.
Returns Policy
You may cancel your order within 7 days of your receipt of the goods, and we will refund to your card within 30 days of receiving the items unused. ( Unfortunately, this does not apply to ,Tights, Socks & Dance Belts which can only be returned unworn, undamaged and in the same physical state as puchased in order for a refund to be processed ) Your statutory rights are not affected.
We are happy to exchange unused items within 14 days, however the new items will incur postage charges.
